The fields can be easily accessed by metro line L3(green line) and L5 (blue line), or from the metro stop Vall d’Hebron by 7 minutes of walking.
The matches are played on artificial turf, please bring shoes that are appropriate for playing on such a field.

The timings of the matches are such as:
2020. May 1: 09.00-21.00
2020. May 2: 08.00- 12.00
After the end of the matches, there’s plenty of time for enjoying the nightlife of Barcelona.

Every team is given the opportunity to play at least 4 matches.

Teams belonging in Group 2 and 3 are allowed, but the younger player can be maximum 1 year younger than the assigned minimum age requirement. The number of younger players in every age group cannot exceed 1 person.
Group 2: 35-44 years (1976 – 1985)
Group 3: 45- years (1921 – 1975)
Condition of participation is at least 18years old by the 28th of April 2020.

For an official team registration, please fill out an online registration form. After submitting the online form, in a few days you will be receiving a letter of confirmation. However, it is not complete until you pay the registration fee. The following procedures and information exchanges happen throughout email after the registration had been certified official.

The final deadline of registration is the 15th of March 2020.

After the official confirmation of registration, we issue a voucher of the payment which verifies the booking to the hotels. The first payment is 50% of the whol fee of the tournament, done via bank transfer while the remaining 50% is paid on the first day at Barcelona.
Local teams (teams from Barcelona) are allowed to participate on Barcelona Football Weekend by only paying a registration fee (which does not include accommodation expenses).

The final date for the payments to be paid is the 20th of March 2020.

The first payment of the total registration fee (50%) done via by bank transfer is non refundable

The flights to Barcelona city arrive at the Aeroport de Barcelona-El Prat (BCN) airport.

For teams being members of the VIP package transfer is provided. Teams with Basic and Extra Package could take metro L9 or Aerobus to arrive to Plaza Catalunya, from where every point of the city is available.
By schedule buses come in every 5-10 minutes, tickets are compulsory to purchase (5.9Euro/ride.)

The TGV from France is arriving to the Barcelona Sants central railway station. From there metro L3 (green line) or metro L5 (blue line) or various other bus lines are accessible.

Teams can choose from 2,3,4-star hotels in Barcelona. The earlier they register the more possibilities they have, even though accommodations have no limit in number. The hotel booking is confirmed upon a successfully paid registration.
